RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and thereby terminate the contract at any time within 14 days of receiving the products (see below).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at the postal address or email address provided below and specify the product ordered and the order number. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal form available at the bottom of the website under the link "Withdrawal from Contract". If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the products have been delivered to you, you are responsible for returning the products to us and must send them back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase. The products must be returned to our warehouse in Sweden (address stated below). You are responsible for ensuring that the products are not damaged before they are returned or while in transit.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

(a) In the case of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken; or

(b) where multiple products have been mixed together and it is not possible to separate them (due to their nature) after delivery.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will:

(a) refund the amount you paid for the products. Please note, however, that we are legally entitled to reduce the refund by an amount corresponding to any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what would be permitted in a retail store;

(b) refund all delivery charges paid by you. By law, the maximum reimbursement of delivery costs is limited to the cost of the least expensive delivery option available;

(c) reimburse your expenses as soon as possible and in any event:

    (i) if you have received the product and we have not offered to collect it from you: within 14 days from the day we receive the product from you or, if earlier, from the day you provide proof that you have returned the product to us;

    (ii) if you have not received the product, or if you have received it and we have offered to collect it from you: within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when purchasing the products, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

If you return a product because it is defective or because we delivered it to you in error, we will refund the full purchase price of the product together with all delivery charges and any reasonable costs incurred as a result (provided that such costs do not exceed the value of the products). In all other cases, you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us.

In addition to the rights described above, L'OCCITANE offers a full refund to the original payment method for any goods purchased from www.loccitane.dk that are returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase. Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and must be unused, unopened, and in a resalable condition. Products must be returned to our warehouse in Sweden.
