CUSTOMER REVIEWS – TERMS OF USE

By submitting a customer review of our products, you grant L’Occitane Nordic AB the right to use your written reviews in our marketing and promotional activities, including, but not limited to, our online store, social media channels, newsletters, emails and other customer communications, in-store materials, and other marketing purposes, without compensation. You also grant L’Occitane the right to review and moderate submitted content before publication. L’Occitane will only publish reviews containing relevant information about a product and will therefore not publish content that is considered inappropriate, contains offensive language, or includes personally identifiable information. L’Occitane reserves the right to remove customer reviews at any time, for example if they are found to breach these guidelines, if the product is no longer available, or if the review has otherwise become outdated.

We use Judge.me to collect and manage reviews. This third-party provider enables us to verify and moderate all submitted reviews.
