01. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Standard Delivery
No matter how many items you order, our standard Sweden delivery rate is 49SEK, and Denmark delivery rate is 100SEK.
We are able to deliver your order within 2-5 working days. Standard delivery is FREE for orders of 500SEK or more. Orders above 1000 SEK are delivered free of charge to Denmark. Delivery time can be longer during weekends and high traffic seasons.

Home delivery with DHL    
Home delivery rate is 79 SEK but is free of charge for orders of 800 SEK or more. Only available for customers located in Sweden.



02. Which carrier do you use to send your parcels?

We send all orders with DHL in Sweden and Denmark.
Your order will be delivered to your nearest pick up point. After the order has been prepared by us you will receive an e-mail from DHL with detailed delivery information.


03. My order has arrived damaged, what are my options?

We're sorry your item(s) arrived damaged. We only accept return on damaged goods thorough or online store. Please go to "Exchange and refunds" to learn about our exchange and return policy.

05. Can I track my order?

You can track your order on DHL homepage by seacrhing for your tracking number. You can find your tracking number if you log in to MY ACCOUNT on L'Occitane.



06. Can I ship my order to another country?

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of Sweden and Finland.

To place an order for delivery to another country, we invite you visit our international website where you will find a full list of the countries L'OCCITANE is available.
 



07. Do you offer home delivery?

We offer home delivery in Sweden with DHL when you order online. A shipping cost of 79 SEK will be added. Free shipping on orders of 800 SEK or more. Delivery within 2-5 days.
 
If you live in Stockholm or Malmö, we can even deliver to your home within 1-2 days, using Bring. The minimum order value for home delivery is 400 SEK and shipping cost of 99 SEK will be added. Free shipping on orders above 800 SEK. Delivery takes place between 9.00-17.00 on weekdays.
