01. How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

We send all orders with DHL. Standard delivery cost is 49kr for all deliveries in Sweden, and 100kr to Denmark. Free shipping when you spend 500kr in Sweden and 1000kr in Denmark. Our ambition is to ship your order by the day after you have placed your order. Normal delivery time is 2-5 days. Delivery time can be longer during weekends and high traffic seasons.



02. Which carrier do you use to send your parcels?

We send all orders with DHL in Sweden and Denmark.
Your order will be delivered to your nearest pick up point. After the order has been prepared by us you will receive an e-mail from DHL with detailed delivery information.


03. My order has arrived damaged, what are my options?

We're sorry your item(s) arrived damaged. We only accept return on damaged goods thorough or online store. Please go to "Exchange and refunds" to learn about our exchange and return policy.

06. Can I ship my order to another country?

We are sorry to inform you that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of Sweden and Finland.
