01. What is L'OCCITANE's returns and refunds policy?

It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. All items must be unopened and in a saleable condition. Refund will happen within 14 days after we receive the goods.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.

Items must be returned in in original package and include the invoice.



02. How long will it take to get a refund?

We'll credit your debit or credit card within a 14 days of you returning products to us.



03. Will I get a refund for my delivery charge when I return my item?

When the reason for the return is a fault from our side or the product is damaged, we will be responsible for the cost of the return.
When the reason for the return is that the customer changed his or her mind or wants to exchange it himself for another product, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return by submitting the package to the nearest post office.

04. Can I exchange or have a refund for my online order in a store?

Unopened items in original packaging can be exchanged in all of our L'Occitane stores when showing the receipt. Returns can only be made through the web shop. Learn more abot our exchange and return policy at "Exchanges & Refunds".
